Jen has 20-plus years of experience advocating and serving kids and women in ministry, leading teams, and building systems with over a decade of full-time ministry experience. She uses all this experience to bring encouragement, practical help, and solutions as she speaks at conferences, writes curriculum, and coaches those in ministry.
