About Us
It began with a challenge:
Danielle Strickland asked a conference organizer, “Why are there so few women speakers?” They responded with, “Where are they? We can’t find them.”
From there, Danielle met with a mentor and mapped out on a paper napkin the vision of a community of women that would support, challenge, and equip each other to become better speakers.
Now we have partnered with established coaches, speakers and organizations around the world that are ready to liberate the voices of women around the world.

It’s past time for women to speak with authority and skill from stages and platforms everywhere in order to create a world of equality, freedom, diversity, and empowerment.
WE COMMUNICATE IN THE WAY OF JESUS
Jesus believed in liberating the voice of women and utilizing them as catalysts to spread his gospel and build his church.

We are committed to ongoing growth and development in order to hone our message and master our craft.

We say “NO” to competition, comparison, and judgment; We say “YES” to cheering each other on as we blaze new trails, break glass ceilings, and create a better world for the generations of women coming after us. We understand that all speakers can not speak to every world problem in every message and will use our diverse messages to create a wide variety of change.
